I am so impressed with the selection from Jennifer Reeser's Sonnets from the Dark Lady published in the current Mezzo Cammin, >>>here<<<. For me, Shakespeare's sonnets are the apex of poetry, and Jennifer's play on them — the wit, the resonances, the language — are the best things I've read since... since... I last read Shakepeare's sonnets!
